Hi Glen, I think that I will be the last one to move my stuff out and I should be out by around noon on the 30th. The other girls will be moving out later this week or early next week.

Hi Glen, Thank you for being such a great landlord, you guys have made my first renting experience a great one!
I’ve talked to Charlotte and we will take on the responsibility of removing garbage and belongings from the property. We don’t have much left at the house and don’t see us needing a whole bin. Thank you for the suggestion and for offering to pay the remainder of the cost.
Just a quick question, I was in hopes that I could use you as a reference for future leasing. I would of course inform you at any time that I named you as a reference so that you’re not caught off guard. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in.

Hi Glen / Terryanne, I am a second year student at the University of Guelph. 3 of my friends and I are looking at moving from our current residence in a condo building to live in a house. A good friend of ours rents a house from your company and recommended inquiring about the properties you own. I see that in the listings on your website for Guelph rentals that all of the houses are currently rented. I wanted to contact you personally to see if anything was subject to change, or if you know of any tenants that are potentially graduating or moving out by next May. My friends and I are very interested in some of your properties based on the location and quality. If you have any word on the availability of them, could you please get back to me?

Thank you for your email! I am very sad to leave 4 Mccrae given that I have loved living here and it feels a lot like home. As per the dumpster service, the girls and I agreed that we probably don’t require the service and will ensure we leave the house empty and clean!

Hello new tenants of 598 Edinburgh! Welcome to your new home – we had 3 wonderful years here. Glen is a great landlord and the house is awesome. Enjoy the beautiful backyard (especially in the summer!). We left a few things here that were here when we moved in, in 2014. We have so many memories here, and will miss it. Hi Glen, I did keep track of all the people I showed the house to, but I was happy to do it.
As for the cleaning duties, both boys said they would share the responsibility, but I have noticed that both boys are not the cleanest people to begin with. I think it would be better to not offer it any further because, even if they do share it, one might do more than the other and it isn’t fair.
Thank you again for being amazing landlords and allowing me to clean for money off my rent. You have no idea how much it helped me. I was wondering if I could use you as a reference on my resume and for when I look for an apartment in the future.

Hi Glen! My friend bought the couches off me so she is going to pick them up this Sunday. She is going to leave my house key in the mailbox for you to pick up. All the other keys are on the windowsill in the kitchen, and room keys in the door.

Hope all is well! Not sure if you remember me but it’s J. B., one of your old 5 Floral Drive tenants from 2012 to the end of the 2015 school year. We thought you would get a real kick of out this picture. We had such a great 3 years at 5 Floral that we all decided to get matching tattoos. Thanks again for being an awesome landlord and hopefully your current tenants are treating the place well!

This house has seen a lot of things, we have spent the best 3 years here.
To ensure you also have the best 3 years here are some tips:
1/ Regardless of the fire pit in the back, it is illegal to have campfires
2/ Make sure the cab driver takes you to Young Street (not Youngman) – it happens more than you think!
3/ When order late night (drunk) pizza make sure the porch light is on cause you can see them
4/ When catching the 1A bus (by the gas station) leave 10 minutes early, the bus likes to come early
5/ Those living downstairs, the shower knob is reversed, cold is actually hot water
6/ If someone is showering, DO NOT run any water, or your friend will get very hot
7/ If you are ranch goers take the ranch bus from Metro!! It will save you a lot of money on cabs
8/ Make a chore chart so you don’t fight over whose turn it is to clean
9/ Have monthly house dinners and just relax and watch a movie after
10/ Love each other as much as we’ve loved this house. You will create memories and friendships to last a life time
